This message is displayed when you are not a user of an organization that has a subscription to Lattira Spec and NBS Chorus.
If you see this message:
- Check that you are on the correct organization’s profile.
- When you sign in, you are returned to the organization profile that you last worked under.
- If you have been invited to work on projects by other organizations, you may need to switch the organization profile to access the projects you want to work on now.
- Click on your avatar or initials in the right-hand corner.
- Select ‘Change organization’ from the menu.
- Check whether you have any project invitations to accept.
- Click the notifications icon, then accept them, switch to that organization’s profile if necessary.
- If you believe that your organization should have a subscription, please contact your account manager.
