When you sign into the platform, you are counted as an ‘active user’. An organization’s subscription determines how many active users can sign in simultaneously.


Please note: To increase the number of users on your subscription, please contact your Account manager.


So that others can access the platform, we advise the following recommendations:

  • Avoid signing into the platform in multiple devices or separate browsers (e.g. Chrome and Autodesk Revit or Chrome and Firefox). 
  • When not using the platform, save your work and close all the browser tabs.
    • You do not need to sign out of the platform. Closing the tabs will end your active sessions.
    • Also, if you check the 'Remember me' box when you sign in to the platform, signing out will undo this, and you will be required to enter your email and password the next time you sign in.
  • 'Organization administrators' can see who is active on the subscription, and they can end a user's session.
  • 'Organization members/ users' can see who is active on the subscription, but they cannot end another user's session. 
  • 'Guests' cannot see who is active on the subscription. Guests are users who have been invited to collaborate on one or more projects, but have not been added to the organization as 'Org users'.
  • Check that you are signed in to the correct organization profile for the work you are doing. This can be done via 'Change organization'.


To see who is active on the subscription, click on the profile menu (your avatar or initials) in the top right-hand corner, then select ‘Active users’ from the menu:
