We have a customer-driven Features and Ideas forum where you can submit your suggestions for improvements or ideas. Our Product Management team reviews these to understand what features matter most to you. After posting, other users can view, comment, and like your suggestion, which helps us prioritise future development. - Unusual or Unexpected Behaviour

- You can use the Live Chat facility from within the NBS Knowledge portal to contact Customer Support directly. If it's outside the opening hours of our offices, you can send us a message, and we will come back to you as soon as we're back.
