Information to report to QA:

  1. Retro steps; step 1, step 2, step3 etc
  2. Dev, Test, Beta
  3. The version from the home screen
  4. Hardware – desktop, laptop, tablet etc
  5. Browser and version number
  6. The specific version of operating System (IE is different on Windows 7, 8.1, 10) e.g Windows 7, Mac OS 10.13 or High Sierra
  7. The users email address, the full URL of the page they are on when they encounter the error
  8. Save the Console tab in F12 developer tools
  9. In IE11 the browser doesn’t write to the console unless it is open, so open the console then replicate the issue to copy the logs.
