When using the Plugin you receive the error message below:



Resolution


It is likely that your anti-virus/firewall is blocking the plugin, please add the following addresses to the whitelist:

https://services.ribae.com/PivotalLicensingWS14/PivotalLicWS.svc

https://oak.thenbs.com/


You can see where the plugin is failing by running the Diagnostic Tool in Support>About>Diagnostics>Run Tests


Before sending the customer to their IT team to get them to amend their firewall, check the customer has the latest version of the plugin installed and also try performing a clean reinstall.
