To insert a new article into your specification click the plus icon to the side of the Article title closest to where you would like to add the article:
Once you click the plus icon, you will be prompted to give your new article a title. The title can also be changed once it has been inserted.
When you click Add the new section will be added as a template with 3 starter paragraph that you can further add to or park according to your needs:
