| Overview | Ahead of each disc update the Production Team will email Support to update the Documentation folder. These are just html pages. We need to update the version date, check hyperlinks and review the content to ensure it is up to date. I find the easiest way is to open an html page in a browser and then also open it in notepad. Make the changes in notepad and save, then refresh the page in your browser to check the changes. | |||||||
| Approach | Copy the documentation to your desktop. Then go through each page checking hyperlinks, dates and copy. Once complete pass the updated documentation folder back to the Production Team. | |||||||
