The platform allows you to tag articles, clauses and sections for various workflows. This article explains how to filter the 'Summary' grid by tag(s) and export these to MS Excel. This is useful for producing custom schedules of articles and clauses from your specifications.

Filtering the 'Summary' grid by tag and exporting the Summary schedule
Steps:
- Open your specification to the 'Summary' tab.
- Select your chosen tag(s) using the tag selection menu.
- Important step! Select the items in the grid. The count of items selected in the 'Actions' button will match the rows you have selected in the grid.
- Click the 'Actions' menu and 'Export summary schedule'.
The 'Export summary schedule' MS Excel file contains your selected items and includes a column for 'Tags'.
