In Chorus, a row is a line in a Chorus clause.

In the past, they had different names, such as clause item or keyword.

Row types

Chorus has 2 types of row:

  1. Sentence-style

  2. Property/value pair

A sentence-style row can have multiple inserts, but a property/value pair can only have 1 insert.

Chorus will add a colon after the row title when the clause is checked in, or in any other read-only mode:

Long row titles

When the clause is read only, any long row titles will wrap so the text is shown in full:

Known limitations

  • Long row titles are not fully visible in edit mode.
  • Converting row type can do weird things to existing content. If you get stuck, please reach out for help.
  • We don’t always match the new row type to that of the existing neighbouring rows.
