Bundles include a stage property.
When a bundle is created it is set to the Authoring stage.
How to change stage
When you've finished your work and the bundle is ready to move onto the next person, change the stage.
You can change stage from three places:
- From the bundle list (above).
- From the bundle contents list, in the Actions button menu.
- From the bundle contents list, in the Stage panel, in the 3 dot menu.
Some stages will be disabled; only valid next steps will be available.
Why don’t the Chorus stages match the Trello board?
The current stages cover the core steps that are used by all our content set teams. However, in Trello, different content sets have slightly different workflows. For example, the current CAWS process uses more stages than you’ll see in Chorus; the Australian workflow has different stages to the CAWS workflow.
Use the Chorus stages as best fits your content set’s workflow.
Am I locked out when a bundle changes stage?
Currently the stages are purely for info.
Once the bundle is no longer in your stage, if you need to make further changes, please consult the person who is currently working with your bundle before moving it to your preferred stage.
