Schedules allow you to tag articles and clauses relevant to early-stage specification decisions and quickly view these in a schedule for easy editing and publishing to PDF, MS Word and MS Excel.

Tagging items so they appear on the schedule

Tagging happens in the spec editor. Articles and clauses can be tagged so they appear on the 'Schedule' grid. Whole sections cannot be tagged for the 'Summary schedule' the intention is that the articles and clauses inside the section are tagged.

To tag an item for the Summary schedule:

  1. Open the relevant article/ clause in the specification editor.
  2. Click on the pencil icon next to the title.
  3. Click the ‘Summary schedule’ checkbox.
  4. The item will now appear on the ‘Summary’ tab.
